Founded in 1989, Ren-Form began with a clear commitment: to produce exceptional work, deliver dependable service and build relationships that last.

More than three decades later, those principles remain at the heart of our business. What has changed is the breadth of what we are capable of delivering.

From our foundations in print manufacturing, Ren-Form has continually evolved in response to new technologies, changing markets and the increasingly complex needs of our clients. Today, we are an integrated print, packaging and technology business, bringing together commercial print, paper-based packaging, security print, envelope manufacturing and intelligent digital solutions.

Headquartered in South Africa, our work extends across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, serving businesses, institutions and organisations across a diverse range of sectors and applications.

Flexible Packaging, Labels & Specialised Print.

Established in 2010, Ren-Flex is the Group’s specialist flexible packaging, labelling and print business, delivering custom-manufactured solutions to clients across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Ren-Flex specialises in lithographic and digital printing, flexible packaging and specialised labelling solutions, combining advanced production capabilities with technical expertise to develop packaging that performs, protects and presents products effectively.

Its extensive product offering includes Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) reels, custom flexible pouches, shrink sleeves, In-Mould and Blow-Mould Labels (IML & BML), wrap-around labels, and self-adhesive and pressure-sensitive labels, with specifications developed according to each customer’s product, artwork, production and performance requirements.

Serving an extensive range of markets — including food and beverage, pet food, household, personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, industrial and other consumer sectors — Ren-Flex works closely with its customers to develop solutions suited to both the technical demands of the product and the commercial requirements of the brand.

Through investment in technology, skilled manufacturing and continually evolving capabilities, Ren-Flex delivers the quality, consistency, flexibility and reliability required in today’s fast-moving packaging environment.

Apparel Labelling, Ticketing & Brand Identification.

Tickets & Tags specialises in the manufacture of custom tickets, hang tags, labels and variable-data solutions for the apparel and retail industries.

From premium clothing hang tags and custom structural tags to price tickets, barcode labels and product identification solutions, each product is developed to support both the presentation and practical requirements of the brands and retailers we serve.

Our capabilities combine high-quality print and finishing with precision variable-data production, enabling customers to communicate brand identity while supporting essential pricing, product identification, inventory and retail information requirements.

Whether developing a distinctive brand touchpoint or producing high-volume variable-data requirements, Tickets & Tags combines quality, accuracy and dependable execution from production through to the point of sale.
