Folder Gluer Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced operator to join the team. The operator will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and operating a Folder Gluer machine.
Suitable candidates require:
- Candidates must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience
- Troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical related issues
- A working knowledge of the business environment and production is essential
- Proficiency in operating Folder Gluer machines, including knowledge of Job set-up, quality control, and maintenance
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- A highly customer orientated attitude, self-starter, strong work ethic and team player
- Able to work additional hours and shifts, as and when required
