Folder Gluer Machine Operator
We are looking for an experienced operator to join the team. The operator will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and operating a Folder Gluer machine.
Suitable candidates require:
- Candidates must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience
- Troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical related issues
- A working knowledge of the business environment and production is essential
- Proficiency in operating Folder Gluer machines, including knowledge of Job set-up, quality control, and maintenance
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- A highly customer orientated attitude, self-starter, strong work ethic and team player
- Able to work additional hours and shifts, as and when required

Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team. The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for developing and executing the group marketing strategy, whilst promoting products or services, enhancing brand awareness and driving business growth.
Suitable candidates require:
- A relevant recognised degree or diploma in Marketing
- 5 or more years' proven experience in a Marketing role
- Proven experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of design processes and the print industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in artwork preparation and proofing
- Excellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design and digital content management
- Ability to plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience managing and monitoring campaigns through Meta Business Suite, including basic performance tracking
